1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days.
2. How will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship via standard shipping unless you select an alternative shipping method. We use USPS (FCM, Priority and Express) and UPS (Ground, 3 day Select,2nd day Air and Next day Air).
3. How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into "My Account". Changes in shipping and billing address, payment method and even cancellation of orders can be done by logging into "My Account".
4. How can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order under My Account. You can also call us at 1-877-525-4297 (9AM to 5PM PST) or email email@example.com. You will receive ship conformation email soon as your order is shipped.
5. What is your return policy?
You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For more information please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must request returns here.
6. How will my return be credited?
Your return will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Please note we will process your refund within 2 business days upon receive of your return but it might take few extra days to show up refund on your credit card.
