While I think this alternative to a traditional "fanny pack" is adorable, I was very, very disappointed that it is truly NOT one size fits all.
I am chronically ill and am underweight - NOT intentionally, but it's something I just have to deal with, along with everything else.
I'm not so underweight though that a "one size fits all" falls down my hips when tightened to it's intended minimum circumference.
It is so cute, and seems very well made, and thus I have concocted ways that make it stay on my body, but this makes it look extremely strange and is difficult to do as well.
Instead of just looping it through the big O rings and then connecting the strap to itself via metal projections and other indented areas that "click" into place, I have to triple loop it around my waist and then twist it around itself so that I can get the fasteners to, well, fasten.
It seems like every time I use it I have to make up the process all over again, as it's not obviously apparent to me how I have to do it, and I often have problems with remembering exactly how to do things that are "outside the box".
The strap looks like I'm extremely mentally challenged and don't know how to fasten a strap, and more importantly, the places where I have to twist it so that the fasteners attach is very uncomfortable.
I'm currently 5'7" and only 115 pounds, BUT, many females are much shorter and weigh less as well, smaller overall with smaller waists too, so I have no idea if they can use it at all, or if they already know that a "one size fits all" simply won't fit them. I am going to assume this from now on.
Perhaps you could offer the purchase of either a bigger waist strap, or a smaller one, or even better so people don't have to pre-judge themselves, provide at least 2 sizes of straps.
I wear it to walk my dog, but it's too uncomfortable and weird looking in the way I have to alter it.
Very disappointing, especially how terribly adorable it is overall.
